The knife is extremely decorative and unusually the actual blade is also hallmarked and dates to 1814. The makers mark is M W & Co. The antique butter knife from the Regency era is a magnificent piece, showcasing the artistry and elegance of the time. This particular knife is made entirely out of silver, a popular choice for luxurious tableware during that period. What sets it apart is the remarkable attention to detail, making it an extremely decorative piece.
